It may be the shortest month – even in a leap year – but February was another bumper month for content. Highlights include new research on how to do hybrid ‘right’ from McKinsey and Cisco’s chief people officer, Kelly Jones. Also featured this month is Deloitte’s Global Human Capital Trends for 2024, research on the impact of AI in the workplace by The Burning Glass Institute, and people analytics and GenAI use cases from the likes of IBM, Wolters Kluwer, and TikTok.
