        Presenting the March compendium of my favourite HR, future of work and people analytics resources.

        Perfect for a read over the long Easter weekend…

        March proved to be an exciting month of travel with two trips to the US, first for Gloat Live and a Peer Meeting for member companies of the Insight222 People Analytics Program in New York one week, and then the Wharton People Analytics conference the following week.

        This meant there was plenty of time for reading – and there was a lot of fascinating work published in March. Highlights include Mercer’s 2024 Global Talent Trends, McKinsey & Company on how greater inclusion in European organisations could be a win-win-win, and more evidence on how HR contributes to enterprise value.
