• Last evening, I had the unique opportunity to attend the launch of the Global HR Community (GHRC) in the serene backyard of @Sree‘s house, aptly named Vajram Garden. The event was not just a gathering but a fertile planting of ideas and intentions for the future of human resources.

As we all know, @Nathan began his entrepreneurial journey six days ago. As one of the co-founders, he opened his speech with a deeply resonating analogy: he compared the creation of GHRC to building a garden.

“Typically, when you set up building a garden, you realize you have to have a plan,” Nathan began. He described how, like seasoned gardeners, his cofounders, @Sree and @Ranjan, each brought different visions to the table while he played the role of the supportive “water can carrier”, nourishing the seeds of their collective dream.

The Global HR Community (GHRC) is envisioned as a “Garden of Learning”—a space that aims to connect people and foster growth and discovery in both personal and professional realms.

“GHRC is a place where unexpected flowers bloom, symbolizing the surprising and delightful outcomes that arise when diverse individuals come together with a common purpose,” said Nathan, eloquently describing the community.

The motto of this community, “a garden to learn, connect, and grow,” beautifully encapsulates its mission. GHRC aims to be more than just a network; it seeks to be the best garden in the world where investment in personal and professional development yields rich dividends.

GHRC promises a distinctive platform and partnership ecosystem that is primed to empower members to weave their whole lives into their careers. This holistic approach not only helps in discovering and fulfilling individual purposes but also in building a comprehensive career and life portfolio.

The future of HR is all about having people at its core. If you’ve ever felt that traditional HR practices don’t quite support your growth or connect deeply with your personal values, GHRC is what you’re looking for.

It’s a community where you can truly blossom and contribute to shaping the future of workplaces while aligning with your personal goals.

So, are you ready to plant your seed in this garden of learning and growth? What will you grow in your section of the GHRC garden?

If you haven’t joined the community yet, please sign up now!
