Generally we see articles, post on future for HR, i think it is not about future of HR or for but of HR professionals, the way HR is working, highly engaged as operational expert, not having that strategic outlook, impacting business topline and bottom line, one set of HR guys are moving all around by attending conferences, has no connection with Business, and there is one set of HR who has been engaged in the work which business wants them to be in and be happy with. Huge gaps!! what is the take of global HR community?
