        Artificial intelligence and a new era of human resources

        According to a global study from the IBM Institute for Facial recognition technology has seen significant advancements due to improvements in deep learning and faster big data processing. Although it has been known for some time, recent developments have accelerated its growth and capabilities. The global market for facial recognition is expanding yearly, with applications in diverse industries such as security, retail, transportation, and banking. Educational resources, such as instructional videos, are available to explain how this biometric technology functions. Additionally, subscribing to relevant newsletters can provide updates on the latest developments in science and technology. Value (IBV), surveyed executives estimate that 40% of their workforce will need to reskill as a result of implementing AI and automation over the next three years.
