🌟 Exciting Milestone 🌟
I’m thrilled to share that my research paper has been published and is now available on Google Scholar! 📚Our paper focuses on the role that personalization can play in encouraging the adoption of online learning amongst working professionals. Specifically, we argue that professionals have a dire need to upskill, but have limited time to achieve it. Thus, personalizing learning based on their job roles, responsibilities, and existing competencies can encourage learning amongst working professionals.
It might be a bit of a nerdy thing, but seeing my name in Google Scholar brought me a lot of happiness. This moment is a significant step toward my larger dream of earning a doctorate. 🎓
