      During a family dinner at a restaurant in Namma Bengaluru, amidst the Sunday rush, one person made all the difference—Ms. Ruki. With her warm welcome, beaming smile, and patience in explaining the menu, Ruki truly elevated the entire dining experience. Even with a packed restaurant, her dedication to making each guest feel valued and comfortable was remarkable.

      It was a powerful reminder that while technology and AI can enhance experiences, it’s the human touch that leaves a lasting impression.
