It was a truly rewarding experience addressing the employees of Tata Consultancy Services on the unique and essential topic of “Fatherhood and Work-Life Balance” as part of their ‘ETHOS’ webinar series.
So active participation, so many interesting and practical questions! Most importantly it was a very inclusive session!
I thank the HR team for choosing this topic which is so important, but hardly spoken about!
