I am currently working on an initiative to nurture future engineers, driven by my passion for equipping young talent with the skills and opportunities needed to excel in today’s competitive job market. As a proud Tamil Nadu native, I am keen to address the challenge where, despite producing 17% of India’s engineering graduates (apprx 255,000 engineers annually), only 10% secure employment in their field.

This program, developed in collaboration with friends from leading IT and corporate giants like HCL, L&T Mindtree, ITC, Microsoft, RBS, HP, and others, aims to go beyond traditional “Campus to Corporate” or placement training etc . Designed and led by industry experts, it focuses on building the competencies and insights engineering students need for a successful career.
