Rounded in Purpose, Guided by Presence – A Reflection by Srividya Nagaraju

As the year draws closer to its final stretch, it’s a perfect time to pause and check in with ourselves.

At the start of 2025, we began with a simple yet profound intention to live with purpose and presence. The idea wasn’t about grand resolutions, but about cultivating daily reminders that anchor us to intentional well-being.

Throughout the year, many of us have been navigating demanding schedules, goals, and transitions. But somewhere in between, it’s easy to lose sight of the quiet habits that ground us the morning walk, the mindful pause before a meeting, the gratitude note at the end of the day.

So, as we near the year’s end, let’s gently ask ourselves:
Are we still living those daily reminders for intentional well-being?
Which habit are we recommitting to this month?

It could be as small as taking a few minutes of stillness before starting your day or as meaningful as reconnecting with someone you’ve been meaning to reach out to.

When we started the year, our focus was on elevating New Year resolutions into everyday practices a journey of intentional well-being, one habit at a time. The goal was never perfection, but presence.

Here’s to a life that feels balanced, authentic, and joyful.
Here’s to recommitting not because we failed, but because we are evolving.

Let’s finish this year as we began it with clarity, calm, and conscious intention.
