Steps Drama Brings Empathy and Emotional Intelligence to the Forefront at NASSCOM People Summit 2025

The NASSCOM People Summit 2025, held on 2nd July 2025 at the prestigious ITC Grand Chola, Chennai, once again proved to be a beacon of innovation, inclusion, and transformation in the HR and workplace strategy landscape. With nearly 500 delegates, over 180 organizations, 65+ speakers, and an agenda packed with masterclasses, roundtables, and showcases, this year’s summit created an inspiring atmosphere for meaningful learning and collaboration.
Amidst this dynamic gathering, Steps Drama Learning Development India had the honour of facilitating one of the summit’s much-appreciated masterclasses.
