In this powerful and engaging webinar held on Saturday, June 28 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM IST, the Global HR Community (GHRC) explores how facilitation can unlock the true value of data in organizations. With a warm welcome from Akshay and GHRC co-founder Ramesh Ranjan, participants were introduced to GHRC as an AI-enabled digital platform committed to helping HR and business leaders connect, learn, grow, and contribute. The session brought together professionals from diverse sectors and geographies to examine the evolving role of facilitation in making sense of complex data and driving collaborative action. Led by facilitators Vandana and Pepe Nummi (Founder, Grape People), the session focused on humanizing data usage and enabling impactful conversations around HR analytics and decision-making. Participants engaged actively as key challenges were unpacked, including data overload, poor quality, and emotional intelligence gaps in data-driven cultures. Pepe presented a three-stage facilitation model—Clarify, Strategize, Act—emphasizing the role of structured conversations and psychological safety in fostering alignment. Tools like the Cycle of Perception, Change Story Framework, and Dynamic Facilitation were shared to help leaders create meaningful engagement around data. The webinar also marked the India launch of the Associate Certified Facilitator (ACF) program by Grape People, with a live session in Bangalore announced for September. Participants expressed strong interest in learning more about facilitation techniques, the ACF certification, and future GHRC events. The session’s high engagement reflected the growing need for data-savvy, people-centric leadership in today’s fast-evolving workplaces.
