How to create and join forums

In the Global HR Community (GHRC) portal, users can seamlessly create or join discussion forums to connect with other professionals. This video provides a step-by-step guide on how to navigate and use the forum section effectively.

Starting with the “Grow” section in the GHRC dashboard, users can access various forum categories like “Academia” and “Artificial Intelligence.” In each forum, participants can scroll through ongoing discussions or start a new one by clicking the “New Discussion” button. A detailed walk-through covers adding discussion content, uploading photos and documents, adding emojis and GIFs, and setting tags for better categorization.

Learn how to join discussions by selecting a topic from the “All Discussions” panel, where options to reply, subscribe, or mark as favorite are available. Advanced options like editing, closing, merging, and reporting discussions are accessible in the three-dot menu, ensuring a streamlined experience for managing interactions.

Additionally, the GHRC profile section allows users to manage their activity with tabs like “My Discussions,” “My Replies,” and “My Favorites,” providing an organized view of their contributions.
