- Accessing the Academy
- Open the left sidebar menu and click on the “Learn” category to expand the options.
- Select “Academy” from the dropdown menu to explore all available courses.
- Exploring Courses
- The main screen showcases a grid of course cards, each featuring:
- Course Title
- Instructor Name
- Progress Indicator
- Labels such as “FREE,” “COMPLETE,” or “START COURSE,” indicating the course status.
- Use the Search Bar in the top-right corner to locate specific courses by title or topic.
- Apply dropdown filters, including:
- Alphabetical: Sort courses by name.
- All Categories: Filter by course categories.
- All Instructors: View courses by selected instructors.
- Toggle between grid and list views using icons on the right.
- Starting or Completing a Course
- Click “Start Course” on a course card to begin.
- For completed courses, the system displays a “Complete” tag along with the completion date.
- Use the “My Courses” tab at the top to view courses you’re enrolled in or have completed.
- Detailed Course Pages
- Click a course to open its detailed page, where you can:
- View Course Details: Includes the course title, instructor, creation date, and a brief description.
- Enroll or Start: Click “Take this Course” to enroll or “Start Course” if already enrolled.
- Course Overview: Check the number of lessons, topics, and quizzes included.
- Enrollment Status: See if the course is free or paid and view the number of enrolled users.
- Tabs like Course and Reviews provide additional information, including an introduction, structure, and learner feedback.
