This position reports to
HR Operations Team Lead – ELC
Your role and responsibilities
In this role you will have the opportunity to work in benefits administration and supporting Country HR Lead and Hub Benefits Manager on benefits management for India
The work model for the role is: Onsite
This role is contributing to the HR Services in Bangalore, India.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Responsible for delivery of India benefits operations, ensuring delivery of services according to signed-off Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), agreed KPIs and quality targets. Benefits program in the scope : retirement program, insured program, paid time off, benefits car and any other benefits program under the responsibilities of corporate benefits
- Collaborate with payroll team, compensation, onboarding, IS, industrial relation and other relevant partners to proactively monitor and resolve issues, ensure process accuracy, compliance, and timely transactional activities
- Responsibilities include the efficient management of all business processes within the functional area of responsibility as well as ensuring recognized best practices and programs are implemented
- Provide due diligence and or integration support and guidance as relates to benefits matters – mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures

Qualifications For The Role
- You are immersed in benefits administration for India and well versed with local employment legislation in India
- Ability to demonstrate good collaboration skill with various team members to drive process efficiencies, process improvement and conflict resolving approach
- Possess an excellent user knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel skills and hands-on experience of working on ERP preferably SAP and other analytic tools and techniques
- Degree in Human resource with proven experience of 5 – 8 years of experience in benefits administration
- You are at ease communicating in English
