Key Responsibilities:
π Sales & Business Development β Identify new business opportunities, conduct market research, and achieve sales targets.
π€ Client Relationship Management β Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
π Product Knowledge & Expertise β Stay updated on IT software trends, act as a subject matter expert, and collaborate with technical teams.
π― Sales Strategy & Planning β Develop and implement sales strategies, analyze performance metrics, and provide insights.
π Collaboration & Coordination β Work with marketing, operations, and support teams to drive seamless software sales and delivery.
Qualifications & Requirements:
π Bachelorβs degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Marketing, or related field.
π Strong understanding of software products, SaaS, and enterprise solutions.
π‘ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
