Job Title: Associate – FFO Central
Function: FFO

Roles and Responsibilities

Cross-Listing & Selection Management

  • Ensure parity of business selection across multiple channels for cross-listings.

  • Maintain accuracy in selection details, including pricing, terms & conditions, and inventory levels.

Onboarding & Selection Listing Process

  • Oversee and manage the onboarding process across different channels.

  • Ensure seamless integration and optimal selection listing.

Sales Ownership & Margin Delivery

  • Take full responsibility for achieving sales targets and margin goals.

  • Drive month-over-month sales growth, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.

Single Point of Contact (POC)

  • Act as the central point of contact across categories to streamline processes.

  • Address and resolve issues in alignment with business objectives.

Parallel Workstreams Management

  • Lead and manage multiple workstreams efficiently.

  • Balance both tactical and strategic priorities within the team.

Business Analysis & Strategic Support

  • Develop insights into key business drivers and analyze financial metrics.

  • Collaborate with teams such as Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance, Planning, and Sales to provide data-driven support.

Sales Plan Development & Execution

  • Design and execute detailed sales plans, ensuring alignment with overall sales goals.

  • Establish and monitor daily run rates for sales targets.

Forecasting & Sales Planning

  • Assist in preparing Annual Operating Plans (AOP), quarterly, and monthly sales forecasts.

  • Track progress and adjust forecasts as necessary.

Operational Improvement & Cost Analysis

  • Identify opportunities for operational enhancements through data analysis.

  • Conduct cost analysis to optimize margins and reduce inefficiencies.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Monitor sales growth and margin trends, flagging deviations from planned targets.

  • Ensure month-end numbers are accurate and reviewed on time.

Management Reporting & Presentation

  • Prepare clear and concise presentations for senior management.

  • Summarize key performance indicators (KPIs) and actionable insights.

Ad Hoc Requests & Decision Support

  • Manage complex ad hoc requests with quick turnaround times.

  • Provide in-depth analysis and commentary to support decision-making.

Process Standardization & Automation

  • Lead or participate in initiatives to standardize and automate processes.

  • Improve operational efficiency and minimize manual tasks.

Qualifications

Experience

  • Proven experience in sales-focused roles, preferably in project-based or cross-functional environments.

  • Strong background in data analysis, forecasting, and sales planning.

Skills

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities for business process optimization.

  • Strong communication skills, capable of presenting complex data to senior management.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other office tools.

Project Management

  • Ability to handle multiple workstreams and projects efficiently.

  • Demonstrated success in delivering results within deadlines.

Sales Acumen

  • Strong understanding of sales processes, margin management, and sales growth strategies.

  • Experience in managing sales targets and enhancing sales performance.

Technical Proficiency

  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and sales planning platforms.

  • Competence in handling various sales management systems.

Education
