Roles and Responsibilities
Cross-Listing & Selection Management

Ensure parity of business selection across multiple channels for cross-listings.

Maintain accuracy in selection details, including pricing, terms & conditions, and inventory levels.
Onboarding & Selection Listing Process
-
Oversee and manage the onboarding process across different channels.
-
Ensure seamless integration and optimal selection listing.
Sales Ownership & Margin Delivery
-
Take full responsibility for achieving sales targets and margin goals.
-
Drive month-over-month sales growth, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
Single Point of Contact (POC)
-
Act as the central point of contact across categories to streamline processes.
-
Address and resolve issues in alignment with business objectives.
Parallel Workstreams Management
-
Lead and manage multiple workstreams efficiently.
-
Balance both tactical and strategic priorities within the team.
Business Analysis & Strategic Support
-
Develop insights into key business drivers and analyze financial metrics.

Collaborate with teams such as Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance, Planning, and Sales to provide data-driven support.
Sales Plan Development & Execution

Design and execute detailed sales plans, ensuring alignment with overall sales goals.

Establish and monitor daily run rates for sales targets.
Forecasting & Sales Planning

Assist in preparing Annual Operating Plans (AOP), quarterly, and monthly sales forecasts.

Track progress and adjust forecasts as necessary.
Operational Improvement & Cost Analysis

Identify opportunities for operational enhancements through data analysis.

Conduct cost analysis to optimize margins and reduce inefficiencies.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting

Monitor sales growth and margin trends, flagging deviations from planned targets.

Ensure month-end numbers are accurate and reviewed on time.
Management Reporting & Presentation

Prepare clear and concise presentations for senior management.

Summarize key performance indicators (KPIs) and actionable insights.
Ad Hoc Requests & Decision Support

Manage complex ad hoc requests with quick turnaround times.

Provide in-depth analysis and commentary to support decision-making.
Process Standardization & Automation

Lead or participate in initiatives to standardize and automate processes.

Qualifications
Experience

Proven experience in sales-focused roles, preferably in project-based or cross-functional environments.
