Tasks:
Handle the Documents and Forms development for your region of support
Nnswer in a timely manner the queries of the customer
Work in Agile way and participate in the life of the team (e.g team’s daily sprints)
Requirements:
English min. B2 level
Knowledge of any other Middle East or African language is a plus
Strong communications skills
Eagerness to work with Document Management system
Basic MS office skills (excel, outlook, word, teams) is a plus
