• Project Planning and Execution:

• Stakeholder Management:
  • Coordinate with internal teams and customers to ensure project alignment.

• Risk Management:
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Proactively address challenges and roadblocks to keep projects on track.
• Reporting and Documentation:
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to communicate project performance metrics.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on team’s performance metrics, progress, and outcomes.
• Managing implementation of advanced modules like Expert Decking, Auto Stow Prime Route, ASC Scheduler, Horizontal Transport Scheduler, etc.
