Elevate Teams is a fast-paced US recruitment company that helps independent insurance agencies across the US grow their teams by providing them with pre-trained virtual assistants. We support their back-office operations so they can better serve their customers and ultimately grow their agencies.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies for recruitment marketing, focusing on high quality video and image content
  • Collaborate with different departments to identify target audiences and tailor content accordingly
  • Create engaging video content that highlights our company culture, values, and team experiences
  • Develop a diverse content calendar that includes a mix of video, image, and text-based posts
  • Write compelling copy and captions that resonate with our target audience.
  • Utilize paid advertising tools to reach a wider audience and drive qualified traffic to our careers page
  • Track and analyze campaign performance to measure ROI and optimize future efforts
  • Engage with our followers and respond to comments and messages promptly to foster a positive and professional brand image through interactions

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Highly skilled in using design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, and Premiere Pro or their equivalents
  • 2+ years of experience in social media management and/or content creation
  • Experience working remotely, preferably in a startup environment, with a track record of scaling business activities
  • Strong understanding of social media, especially Instagram and TikTok algorithms and best practices
