About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team.
This role is critical in driving our sales strategy, achieving targets, and leading a high-performing team.
The charter for this role will include:
- Identify process gaps and develop solutions to address them effectively.
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and progress.
- Recruit, train, and oversee the inside sales team, assigning specific tasks to team members and monitoring overall performance.
- Conduct regular audits and quality checks on the team’s performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective strategies as needed.
- Manage and update customer databases and CRM systems, ensuring accurate records of interactions and transactions.
- Motivate the team and cultivate a collaborative and competitive atmosphere.
Ideal Persona would:
- 5-7 years of sales experience, with at least 3-4 years in a managerial role leading a team of 10+ sales professionals.
- 3+ yrs experience managing a premium product sales team.
- Should have experience of setting up sales practices and driving sales performance improvement.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
- Ability to analyse data and prepare actionable insights for corrective measures.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
