Akshara Damle is a TEDx speaker, a psychologist and the Founder of ManoSamvaada. He is based out
of Bengaluru and has been working with clients across the globe.
He is an expert in establishing harmony at different levels namely, personal, family, and workplace. As a
therapist, he has been working with a wide range of clients going through different mental health issues
including trauma, abuse and psychological shadows. He has also contributed as the Chief Counsellor and
Trainer at Sahay, a mental health helpline, which was a part of COVID response, a national-level collective.
Being an NLP practitioner and having undergone a few more certifications, he has also been a trainer and a
coach. Through his various training programs like stress management, conflict management, team
building, and emotional intelligence he has delivered not only to significant improvement in coordination
and cooperation among employees but also scaled up the businesses due to enhanced efficiency of systems
and processes. He has a wide variety of experience of working with Celebrities, IAS, IPS, IRS officers,
government departments like police, income tax, education, and so on; startups and multinational
companies (MNCs) in diverse sectors including IT, healthcare, consumer goods, automotive sector, and so
on.
He has been invited as a keynote speaker at several national and international conferences not only in India,
but also in other countries like Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, USA and he has spoken at prestigious
institutions like Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU); Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences
(RGUHS); Delhi University (DU); and so on.

platforms as a mental health expert.
He has been invited by Ministry of Commerce, People’s Republic of China as a representative of India
for an academic exchange program on strategies to prevent mental health issues.
He is the author of 4 books and a columnist in leading newspapers. He is also an amateur Carnatic
classical musician, an actor, and a storywriter.
He also works as Vice Chairman of Jagannath Kitchen Foundation, Mumbai.
