Position: Head of Human Resources

Key Requirements:

🔹 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
🔹 Experience: 10+ years in HR leadership roles within large, complex organizations.
🔹 Expertise in:
✔ HR best practices, laws, and regulations
✔ Talent management, compensation & benefits, employee relations, training & development
✔ Aligning HR strategies with business objectives
✔ Managing and developing high-performing HR teams
✔ Building strong relationships and influencing stakeholders
🔹 Skills:
✔ Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Problem-solving and analytical mindset
✔ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
