🔧 Backend Requirements:

✅ 5+ years of experience with Python
✅ Hands-on experience with Flask, Django, or FastAPI
✅ Proficiency with AWS services (Lambda, S3, SQS, CloudFormation)
✅ Experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL
✅ Strong understanding of REST API development & JWT authentication
✅ Familiarity with Pytest/NoseTest for testing
✅ Proficiency with Git

🎨 Frontend Requirements:

✅ 3+ years of experience with ReactJS
✅ Strong understanding of React core principles
✅ Experience with Redux Thunk, Redux Saga, or Context API
✅ Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, SASS/LESS
✅ Familiarity with RESTful APIs & front-end testing (Cypress, Jest, React Testing Library)
✅ Experience with JWT authentication
