Job Summary

We are seeking a Process Executive for our B&L team with 0 to 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills in MS Excel and MS Office. Experience in Billing & Settlements and Account Management-Acquirer is a plus. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the execution of daily operational tasks related to billing and settlements.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions and account management activities.
  • Utilize MS Excel to analyze data generate reports and provide insights for process improvements.
  • Maintain and update records in MS Office applications to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Support the development and implementation of process enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Monitor and track key performance indicators to ensure targets are met and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist in the preparation of documentation and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on process optimization and best practices.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and inform process adjustments.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to the companys values and mission by delivering high-quality work and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Possess strong technical skills in MS Excel and MS Office applications.
  • Have experience in Billing & Settlements and Account Management-Acquirer is a plus.
  • Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Show strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Certifications Required
