Job Summary
We are seeking a Process Executive for our B&L team with 0 to 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills in MS Excel and MS Office. Experience in Billing & Settlements and Account Management-Acquirer is a plus. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution of daily operational tasks related to billing and settlements.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions and account management activities.
- Utilize MS Excel to analyze data generate reports and provide insights for process improvements.
- Maintain and update records in MS Office applications to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Support the development and implementation of process enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators to ensure targets are met and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in the preparation of documentation and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on process optimization and best practices.
- Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and inform process adjustments.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues.

Qualifications
- Possess strong technical skills in MS Excel and MS Office applications.
- Have experience in Billing & Settlements and Account Management-Acquirer is a plus.
