Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive to help expand our client base with 2-4 years of experience in Salesforce solution selling and generating business within the Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of driving sales, and expertise in selling Salesforce products like Sales Cloud, Service, Marketing Cloud, etc.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage with potential clients in the U.S. market, focusing on businesses requiring Salesforce solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, understanding their challenges and aligning them with KnowCloudAI’s offerings.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets specifically within the U.S. market.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitors in the Salesforce services domain.
  • Deliver persuasive presentations and product demonstrations tailored to U.S.-based clients.
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to create tailored proposals and ensure smooth project execution post-sale.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiations and contract closures.
  • Represent KnowCloudAI at relevant U.S.-focused events, virtual conferences, and networking platforms to build brand awareness and drive business growth.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and pipelines using CRM tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in business development or sales, specifically targeting the U.S. market.
  • Proven experience selling Salesforce solutions to the U.S.-based clients.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce products, services, and ecosystems.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills tailored to the U.S. business context.
  • Self-starter with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a startup or greenfield environment.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools and sales tracking software.
  • Strong understanding of cultural nuances and business practices in the U.S.
