Description:

Amazon India Operations Talent Development team seeks a Program Lead responsible for managing the lifecycle of a high-scale and complex program that meets challenging business goals while demonstrating measurable improvements in employee experience.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Dealing with Ambiguity: Operate independently in areas where business problems and strategies are not clearly defined.
• Project Management: Develop project plans with clear milestones, realistic deadlines, and measurable success criteria. Proactively identify and mitigate risks.
• Problem Solving: Decompose complex business problems into efficient solutions, understanding limitations and scaling factors.
• Data Driven: Utilize analytical and deep dive skills for root cause analysis and hypothesis testing, supporting arguments with relevant data.
• Product Development: Innovate solutions by working backward from customer needs, prototyping, and simplifying to scale new solutions.
• Stakeholder Management: Influence stakeholders without authority, resolving issues and generating constructive debates to reach decisions or consensus.
• Change Management: Create a sense of urgency for delivery, build advocacy, and navigate through change.
• Execution Excellence: Work on tactical and strategic aspects, finding paths forward in difficult situations.
• Communication: Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, presenting clear and concise messages to senior leaders.

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of human resources experience.
• Prior experience in Corporate L&D, Organisational Development (OD), Organisational Effectiveness (OE), Talent Management, or Consulting.

• Instructional Designing (e.g., ADDIE)
• Six Discipline methodologies
• Design thinking
• Simulations/gamification
