Description:
Amazon India Operations Talent Development team seeks a Program Lead responsible for managing the lifecycle of a high-scale and complex program that meets challenging business goals while demonstrating measurable improvements in employee experience.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Dealing with Ambiguity: Operate independently in areas where business problems and strategies are not clearly defined.
- Project Management: Develop project plans with clear milestones, realistic deadlines, and measurable success criteria. Proactively identify and mitigate risks.
- Problem Solving: Decompose complex business problems into efficient solutions, understanding limitations and scaling factors.
- Data Driven: Utilize analytical and deep dive skills for root cause analysis and hypothesis testing, supporting arguments with relevant data.
- Product Development: Innovate solutions by working backward from customer needs, prototyping, and simplifying to scale new solutions.
- Stakeholder Management: Influence stakeholders without authority, resolving issues and generating constructive debates to reach decisions or consensus.
- Change Management: Create a sense of urgency for delivery, build advocacy, and navigate through change.
- Execution Excellence: Work on tactical and strategic aspects, finding paths forward in difficult situations.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, presenting clear and concise messages to senior leaders.

Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years of human resources experience.
- Prior experience in Corporate L&D, Organisational Development (OD), Organisational Effectiveness (OE), Talent Management, or Consulting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Training needs analysis
- Content development
- Instructional Designing (e.g., ADDIE)
- Six Discipline methodologies
- Design thinking
- Simulations/gamification
- Psychometric and Personality assessments
- Understanding of adult learning theory
- Course facilitation
