The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team at GST Manager. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales for our accounting and legal services. This position requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Conversion:
• Call leads generated from social media and websites.
• Convert leads into sales by effectively communicating the value of our services.

• Offline Sales:
• Assist walk-in clients at the office.
• Provide detailed information about our accounting and legal services, converting inquiries into sales.

• Field Sales:
• Visit potential clients at their offices.
• Explain our services in detail and close sales deals.

• Customer Follow-Up:
• Follow up with customers regarding payments.
• Foster long-term relationships and encourage repeat business.

What We Are Looking For:

• Proven experience of 3-5 years in sales, preferably in accounting or legal services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Tamil.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Experience with CRM software and other sales tools.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets.
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
