About the job
Job Summary: The HR Operations Specialist is responsible for managing employee records from onboarding to exit, ensuring accurate and timely data updates, and supporting various HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage employee ID cards and records.
- Update employee data (status, BU, RD, location, probation date) bi-weekly.
- Ensure data accuracy for stakeholders (Ops, L&D, etc.).
- Coordinate with Branch HRs for data execution and letter issuance.
- Manage leave and attendance records, including reporting and communication.
- Handle monthly insurance and EAP data updates.
- Publish and manage the HR calendar.
- Provide payroll data inputs monthly.
- Oversee HR inbox and ensure timely responses.
- Manage the exit process, including no-dues forms and ID deactivation.
- Ensure HRBPs update relevant information.
- Support data requests from MC and others.
- Respond to background verification requests.
- Issue employee letters as needed.
