Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with a strong background in building scalable, distributed systems. You will work with large-scale datasets, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and design solutions that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable and highly available systems.
• Work with large-scale datasets (10s of millions of documents).
• Implement microservices using modern architectures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage complex business flows.
• Optimize system performance using in-memory caches and NoSQL databases.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technology-focused roles, preferably in startups.
• Hands-on experience with large-scale datasets and distributed systems.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages: Java, Python, or Scala.
• Expertise in working with:
  • In-memory caches (e.g., Redis)
  • NoSQL databases (e.g., ElasticSearch, Cassandra, HBase, MongoDB)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
