Key Requirement for the Position
Job Description
Statutory &Safety Compliance:
- To ensure compliance all statutory compliance & Returns, registers applicable to Paria unit which include
preparations of documentations file requires to be submitted to Govt. Departments.
- Liaison with various government authorities like PCB, Labor, ESIC, PF, DISH etc. to maintain smooth IR
relations.
- Assist works Head Internal & External Communication
- Compliances, Leave & attendance, other transactions etc.
- To help EHS office to conduct Mock drills and to drive safety initiatives in the plant.
- To check effectiveness of onsite /offsite emergency plan along with EHS Officer
- Control safety aspect while loading & unloading of FG & RMs as per EHS guidelines
- To review and update JSA / ERA of all jobs / activities carried out in stores
- Impart training on various aspect to subordinate & contractual workmen
- To monitor and control OEM of VNA & other MHEs in coordination with engineering
- Effective implementation of Pidilite safety management system
- Medical check-up of employees on periodic basis
- Involvement in activities like safety committee meetings, awareness campaign through theme based safety
program, open house, safety week etc. - Ensure onsite emergency plan is update based on key high risk area
Unit Deliverables –
- Responsible for Administration Activities like, Transport, Canteen and Travel arrangement. etc.
- Responsible for the housekeeping management:-Monitor and ensure proper housekeeping of plant premises
- Responsible for the Security Managements Bring in best practices, latest tools to make security services more effective
- In charge of Management of contract labor ensuring the compliance of the statutes / labor laws, tracking of manpower cost.
- Maintenance of garden, plantation & green belt development.
