Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include : 

• Assist in maintaining employee records and databases
• Support onboarding and offboarding formalities
• Help coordinate documentation, background verification, and HRIS updates
• Assist in attendance, payroll coordination, and HR reports
• Help manage employee engagement activities and internal communication
• Provide general support to the HR team
• Update our applicant tracking system with candidate information for every new job opening
• Assist the recruitment team in screening resumes and portfolios
