1.     HR-Operation for India Business – Hire to Retire.
·      Understanding of SAP/ Success Factor
·      Responsible for all new hires pre-on boarding & on Boarding process.
·      Handling of HR Department associated QMS/Audit and Compliance activities
·      Maintain employee master and HRIS reports
·      Employment confirmation process
·      Employee exit Management
·      Strong Acumen of HR Analytics

2.     HR-Operation for Global Business
Shift timing – 5:30PM to 2:30PM
·      Responsible for various HR Operational activities supporting stakeholders in Canada
·      To providing support and partnership in the execution of the following HR processes; AskHR services,
·      Talent Acquisition Coordination,
·      Employment Letters,
·      JD Uploads & any new upcoming processes as per business requirement.
