Qualifications
- :
Bachelor’s degree in related field required, advanced degree or professional designation preferred - minimum of 8-10 years related HR experience require
- Ed Advanced knowledge of human resources practices, techniques, and standard
- extensive demonstrated experience conducting workplace investigations and training team members on processes and practice
- Strong organizational and people management skill
- lability to analyze data, evaluate facts, handle sensitive information, multitask multiple investigation
- strung negotiation/influencing, problem-solving, oral and written communication skills require
- advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- excellent written and verbal communication skill
- Experience with Service Contract Act (SCA) populations preferred
- Ability to manage high level of confidentiality and experience handling PII and PH
