Qualifications

  • :
    Bachelor’s degree in related field required, advanced degree or professional designation preferred
  • minimum of 8-10 years related HR experience require
  • Ed Advanced knowledge of human resources practices, techniques, and standard
  • extensive demonstrated experience conducting workplace investigations and training team members on processes and practice
  • Strong organizational and people management skill
  • lability to analyze data, evaluate facts, handle sensitive information, multitask multiple investigation
  • strung negotiation/influencing, problem-solving, oral and written communication skills require
  • advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • excellent written and verbal communication skill
  • Experience with Service Contract Act (SCA) populations preferred
  • Ability to manage high level of confidentiality and experience handling PII and PH
