I’m looking for a full-time EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT for a boutique real estate brokerage-
– must have experience working with HNI, UHNI clients
– ability to handle multiple tasks at a given time
– role will involve a bit of everything – pre -sales (marketing, social media, BD, scheduling meetings, events, market research, lead qualification etc), post sales (contracts, legal coordination, handling paperwork etc) and general admin/ support to Partners
— experience with digital marketing and social media marketing will be a plus
– need not have worked in EA roles before but must be able to demonstrate ability/ understanding/ experience in multiple departments/roles.
– high energy, positive and high integrity !!
– Very good English language – both written and oral is a must.
– open to working in a small office setup
