Job Requirements

We are looking for a Trainee – Formulation Development to join our team at Strides Pharma Science. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and testing new formulations for pharmaceutical products. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in pharmaceutical formulation development, and be able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and test new formulations for pharmaceutical products

• Analyze and interpret data from formulation development experiments

• Design and execute experiments to optimize formulations

• Prepare technical reports and presentations

• Maintain accurate records of experiments and results

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful product development

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field

• 0-1 years of experience in pharmaceutical formulation development

• Knowledge of pharmaceutical formulation development processes

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
