Job Overview

We are seeking a Fresher-level Account Executive to join our team in Bengaluru. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity for individuals with an interest in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing account-related tasks with precision and efficiency. Prior work experience is not a necessity, making this role perfect for fresh graduates eager to embark on their career journey.

Qualifications And Skills

 

  • Proficiency in accounts management is crucial, enabling you to handle financial transactions effectively and accurately.
  • Experience with bill receivables management, demonstrating keen attention to detail in following up on outstanding accounts.
  • Strong reconciliation skills to ensure the consistency and compatibility of data between different accounts.
  • Demonstrated ability in invoicing and submitting invoices timely and accurately, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.
  • Ability to effectively track payments and manage accounts, ensuring timely collection of all outstanding dues.
  • Excellent communication skills to follow up on financial transactions and maintain good relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts simultaneously and ensure timely and efficient handling of financial tasks.
  • Problem-solving skills to identify discrepancies in accounts and resolve them promptly, ensuring smooth financial operations.

Roles And Responsibilities

 

  • Manage accounts and financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Oversee the process of billing and invoicing, ensuring timely submission and follow-up for payments.
  • Conduct account reconciliations to ensure that all transactions are recorded correctly and that accounts are balanced.
  • Track receivables and work with clients to ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices.
  • Maintain clear and organized financial records to support auditing and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer queries related to accounts and financial services.
  • Provide monthly financial reports and forecasts to assist in strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and regulations while managing accounts.
