Role Overview:
We are seeking a creative and experienced Associate Architect with a strong background in luxury commercial spaces. The ideal candidate will lead projects from conception to completion, balancing design innovation with practical execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design and development of luxury commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects.
- Manage architectural processes from concept design to construction administration.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to translate requirements into innovative designs.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards.
- Mentor junior architects and design team members.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers throughout project lifecycles.
- Conduct site visits to ensure design integrity and monitor construction progress.
- Prepare and present design proposals, drawings, and 3D visualizations to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on architectural trends, technologies, and sustainable practices.
- Innovate and introduce clean growth strategies and skill enhancement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- 12-15 years of professional experience in luxury commercial architectural design.
- Valid architectural license and professional memberships.
- Proven success in completing high-end commercial and mixed-use projects.
- Strong design portfolio showcasing creativity and innovation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and 3D rendering tools.
- Deep understanding of building systems, construction methodologies, and materials.
- Excellent project management, team leadership, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices and certifications (preferred).
