Role Overview:
We are seeking a creative and experienced Associate Architect with a strong background in luxury commercial spaces. The ideal candidate will lead projects from conception to completion, balancing design innovation with practical execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead design and development of luxury commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects.
  2. Manage architectural processes from concept design to construction administration.
  3. Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to translate requirements into innovative designs.
  4. Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
  5. Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards.
  6. Mentor junior architects and design team members.
  7. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers throughout project lifecycles.
  8. Conduct site visits to ensure design integrity and monitor construction progress.
  9. Prepare and present design proposals, drawings, and 3D visualizations to stakeholders.
  10. Stay updated on architectural trends, technologies, and sustainable practices.
  11. Innovate and introduce clean growth strategies and skill enhancement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • 12-15 years of professional experience in luxury commercial architectural design.
  • Valid architectural license and professional memberships.
  • Proven success in completing high-end commercial and mixed-use projects.
  • Strong design portfolio showcasing creativity and innovation.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and 3D rendering tools.
  • Deep understanding of building systems, construction methodologies, and materials.
  • Excellent project management, team leadership, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of sustainable design practices and certifications (preferred).
