Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Head of Procurement to lead procurement for luxury commercial projects. The ideal candidate will bring international expertise, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record in managing high-end procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with luxury brand objectives.
  2. Manage end-to-end procurement for high-end materials, fixtures, and services.
  3. Build and sustain strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders.
  4. Negotiate contracts to deliver the best value while ensuring premium quality.
  5. Evaluate and select suppliers to meet luxury project standards.
  6. Implement advanced procurement systems to streamline processes.
  7. Lead and develop a team of procurement professionals.
  8. Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
  9. Conduct market analysis to stay informed of industry trends and innovations.
  10. Collaborate with project managers and design teams to source materials and services.
  11. Develop and monitor KPIs for procurement and supplier performance.
  12. Manage procurement budgets and contribute to cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 15+ years in procurement, with 8+ years in a senior role within the luxury commercial sector.
  • Proven experience in managing procurement for large-scale, high-end projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of procurement best practices, contract law, and negotiation techniques.
  • Expertise in luxury markets, materials, and quality standards.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional certifications (CPSM, CPM) are a plus.
