Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all Industrial Relations functions, ensuring a harmonious working environment at the plant.
- Develop and implement IR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage labor relations, including negotiating and managing contracts with unions.
- Handle grievance resolution and maintain positive relations between employees and management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.
- Lead disciplinary proceedings and provide solutions to resolve conflicts effectively.
- Conduct risk assessments and proactive planning to mitigate IR challenges.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external authorities.
- Provide training and guidance to HR teams on IR best practices.
Qualifications:
- 12-15 years of proven experience in Industrial Relations, preferably in a manufacturing setup.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, statutory compliance, and IR frameworks.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to handle complex IR challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of managing large teams and plant operations.
