Overview

Location: Chennai

The incumbent will primarily focus on driving talent acquisition efforts, ensuring the organization attracts and hires top talent to meet its needs. In addition, they will support employee engagement and assist with other HR operations, fostering a strong and dynamic workforce

Responsibilities

• Assist, coordinate and manage Kemin talent selection process.
• Leverage multiple channels, including job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and campus recruitment, to attract and build a strong talent pool.
• Screen resumes and manage interview schedules, ensuring smooth communication and quick feedback from hiring managers
• Ensure closing all open positions within the lead time to hire. The target is 50 days (from the time position is open to it is filled)
• Coordinate to complete the Background verification with the external consultant and sort out issues if any identified.
• Organize interactive team-building activities, such as outdoor challenges or workshops, alongside holiday and cultural celebrations to foster teamwork and celebrate diverse traditions.

Qualifications

• MSW / MBA specialized in Human Resource Management – 4-6 yrs work experience
