We are looking for a Business Development Representative for our inside team. The role will involve inside sales cycle management – from lead generation to closure (onboarding the customer). You will get significant startup exposure that will provide you with a suitable career platform.
Responsibilities
- Complete sales cycle management from lead generation to closure.
 - Educate and nurture prospects through product utility and fitment.
 - Conduct demos and knowledge sharing to onboard new clients.
 - On-board, the client company and its employees on Kredily.
 - Follow up with potential customers by providing product usability.
 - Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers.
 - Collaborate with the support and product team to improve the product experience.
 
Requirements
- 0-1 years of experience in inside sales for a technology product.
 - Previous experience in product sales will be a bonus.
 - Knowledge of HR and payroll processes will be desirable.
 - Good spoken and written English skills, plus spoken Hindi skills.
 - Technology savvy with a keen interest in software product work.
 - Demonstrated customer service orientation.
 - Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
 - Work independently with little or no hand-holding.
 - Easily adapt to changing situations and priorities.
