About the job
At Origin as a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for communicating the benefits of company products to drive sales. Sales reps serve as the point of contact between the business and its prospects or clients and have a range of responsibilities including identifying and educating prospective customers while supporting existing clients with information and assistance that relates to our products.
Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers, highlighting the features and benefits of the company’s products or services.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Manage customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and threats.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
- It involves field sales.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical skills to understand market trends and customer needs.
