Job Specification:-

  • Education: Any Graduate
  • Having Good Communication, presentation skills , networking skills and negotiating skills.
  • Work experience :- 0-2 years in Real estate /MBA or PGDM
  • Male candidate with a vehicle is preferred.

Role and Responsibilities:-

Responsible for sales of the Companys Properties

Follow up leads Contact Client, conduct effective meetings and close deals

Contacts Leads & Prospect

Follow up on existing clients

Gathering customer and market information.

Accompany clients during site visits.

Prompt response to client queries regarding construction work , financing , maintenance , repairs.

Prepare & execute presentations

Follow-up customer accounts

Follow-up collections

Prepare sales reports

Handle customer service

Developing and maintaining of database in system & Regular Reporting & Follow-ups

Negotiate with customer over the price & closing the deal.

Reviewing own sales performance and aiming to meet or exceeds targets.

Candidate should be energetic professional with an aptitude for selling.

Timely reporting on site visits and sales performance to management.

Responsibilities of updating the flat availability list once the booking form received.
