About the job

Role- Junior HRBP or Intern HRBP

Location- Bangalore

Duties and responsibilities-

  • Assist in responding to employee queries and concerns.
  • Support the resolution of employee issues and conflicts.
  • Maintain and update HR records and files.
  • Support HR documentation and data management.
  • Contribute to planning and organizing employee engagement activities.
  • Assist in the execution of employee recognition programs.
  • Participate in various HR projects and initiatives.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR systems and processes.

Qualification

  • HR Graduates/MBA with 0-2 years of experience.
  • Strong interest in developing a career in HR.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with a proactive approach.
