Key Responsibilities
Short-Term Goals:
- Undergo training to gain knowledge about services and products.
- Research prospects (individuals, companies, and industries).
- Identify key players and stakeholders in accounts.
- Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calls, emails, networking, and social media.
- Document and qualify leads, and route them to the presales team.
- Set up client meetings and understand their requirements.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and aim to meet sales targets.
- Establish and maintain relationships with potential clients.
- Effectively present and defend sales propositions.
Long-Term Goals:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to expand the sales pipeline.
- Understand and articulate commercial aspects like costs, profits, and margins.
- Attend sales events and represent the company professionally.
- Ensure the closure of deals and manage contractual agreements.
- Be ready to travel as required.
- Prioritize and enforce company information security measures.
Skills Required:
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
