Role Responsibilities:

• Managing Exit formalities – PAN India
• Releasing of Experience Letter on timely basis
• Following up with the stakeholder for the pending clearances
• Working on the Exit Process Documents
• HR Operation Score Card update
• Compliance – Employment related
• Internal & External Audit Support (ISMS & E&Y Audit)
• Coordinating with People Partner on the Exit process.
• Extending the support in HR Operations Activities

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel

• Educational qualification in Human Resources
