      These Strategies have been a hot topic in HR circles for a while, and these past few years has turned up the heat on this discussion.

      With the rising emphasis on employee well-being, diversity, inclusion and innovative recruitment strategies, the scope for exploration is vast.Diversity, equity and inclusion(DEI) is a top priority for many companies, as they strive to create a more inclusive workspace for all employees.By investing in continuous learning, fostering innovation, promoting diversity and inclusion, and leveraging technology, organisations can built a workforce.

      Diversity and inclusion are two interconnected concepts but they are far from interchangeable.Diversity focuses on representation or the make up of an entity. Inclusion is about how well the the contributions, presence and perspectives of different groups of people are valued and integrated into an environment.

      Businesses need to include diversity, equity and inclusion because it shows consumers and employees that you are not afraid to give opportunities to people.Everyone deserves an opportunity to show their work skills, and having DEI in a business gives everyone a chance.
