I am thrilled to officially announce the launch of my consulting firm: ‘Growth with Gyan’ (https://urgrowthcoach.com). My mission is to provide evidence-based solutions that support learning and growth, with a strong focus on creating impactful L&D practices rooted in learning principles.
After 20+ years as a salaried professional, starting something of my own was both exhilarating and daunting. But as they say, “You need to step into the water to learn to swim.” This leap is my way of embracing new challenges while pursuing my passion for L&D and guiding and shaping others’ journeys.
I recently read a post from @Sree on LinkedIn where he had mentioned about the four stages of a career: Learn, Do, Guide, and Shape. ‘Growth with Gyan’ is my attempt at ‘Guiding’ and ‘Shaping’, where I aim to collaborate with organizations and create a legacy of growth-focused L&D practices.
Beyond business goals, I’m deeply committed to enabling and coaching budding professionals, particularly in the L&D domain, who are eager to advance their careers.
