Nice Read GG. We often fill our time by completing task after task, what next mindset and gets in to rat race thinking that we are productive and eventually we deplete all forms of energies. At times your mind starts thinking with 100 Kms while body may not support in action with the same speed, leading to unrest. LIke software professionals…
